Established homes with mature tree canopy and larger lots east of I-95. Mixed construction eras with varied pre-treatment status. Drywood termite pressure from the mature canopy is consistent.
West of I-95 with newer construction from the 1990s and 2000s. Pre-treatment protection is in the late-stage degradation window. Transitioning to active bait station monitoring is timely for homes in this age range.
Newest construction in western Delray Beach. Pre-treatment protection is still within its effective window but will need supplemental monitoring within the next few years depending on construction date.
