Meet the Owner
Dennis Kuchta
Founder and CEO, Wise House Pest Control
Dennis Kuchta is the founder and CEO of Wise House Pest Control and has worked in the Florida pest management industry since 2005.
Dennis began his career with Hulett Environmental Services, where he worked from 2005 through 2015.
He developed his experience in the field as both a Pest Management Professional and sales representative. At a time when most technicians focused strictly on performing service, Dennis worked in a hybrid role, servicing customers while also identifying problems, explaining solutions and selling pest management services.
That combination of technical field experience, communication and sales became an important part of the philosophy he later brought to Wise House Pest Control.
In 2015, Dennis founded Wise House Pest Control. He started by personally knocking on doors and earning customers one at a time. His goal was to build a pest control company around trust, education, strong customer relationships and a human and pet friendly approach to pest management.
Today, Wise House Pest Control serves customers throughout Palm Beach, Martin and St. Lucie counties. Dennis remains actively involved in the company’s pest management standards, technician education, sales training, service development and customer education.

More Than 20 Years of South Florida Pest Management Experience
Since 2005, he has worked directly with Florida pest problems, customers, homes and businesses. His experience includes general household pests, termites and wood-destroying organisms, fumigation, lawn and ornamental pest management, inspections, pest identification, sales and customer education.
That field experience continues to influence how Wise House trains its Pest Management Professionals today.
Technicians are expected to do more than perform a treatment. They are trained to inspect, identify the problem, understand the conditions contributing to it, communicate clearly with the customer and recommend an appropriate solution.
Building Wise House Pest Control
The company has since grown while maintaining the principles it was founded on: provide honest recommendations, educate customers, use a thoughtful approach to pest management and consider the people and pets living in the environments being treated.
Dennis continues to lead Wise House Pest Control while developing the people, systems and training needed to grow the company without losing those standards.
Educational Content
Technical articles involving entomology, pest biology or scientific claims may also be reviewed by Wise House Pest Control’s entomologist, Joe Jonovich, when appropriate.
This allows Wise House to combine practical field experience with technical review when producing pest management information for South Florida homeowners and businesses.
