Meet the Owner
Meet Dennis Kuchta, the heart and soul behind Wise House Environmental Services. As a Florida native, Dennis knows the local climate and pests inside and out (and he might even argue he's been swatting mosquitoes since birth).
Dennis and his family are deeply involved in the business. His wife Viviana, a dedicated nurse, manages HR, payroll, and IT.
His brother Robert, the Lead Technician, has a deep passion for termites and pest identification and aspires to become a certified entomologist to take on a more technical role in the future. His daughter Nylla, a UCF psychology graduate, oversees customer service and operations, while his younger daughter Jada, a high school junior, assists with billing and social media.

With a strong background in sales, leadership, and marketing, Dennis channels his creativity into the business by producing in-house marketing videos and even creating original music and jingles for the company. Growing up with a passion for music, he has seamlessly blended his creative talents with his expertise in pest control to build a unique brand identity for Wise House.
